Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing (via email). The amount paid less a $75 (+tax) processing fee will be refunded for cancellations emailed by November 1, 2022. Following this date, no refunds will be issued.

Transfer Policy: There will be a charge of $75 (+tax) to transfer a registration to another person. Transfer requests must be made by November 7 2022. Following this date, no transfers will be issued. The conference organizers reserve the right to modify the program. The organizers are not responsible for any non-refundable expenses incurred for travel and accommodations associated with this event.

The Maritime Security Challenges (MSC) Series is committed to providing an environment that fosters open dialogue and the exchange of ideas, including a harassment-free experience for everyone at MSC events. It is MSC policy that all participants, including attendees, vendors, MSC representatives, volunteers, and all other stakeholders in MSC activities, both in-person and virtual interactions, will conduct themselves in a professional manner that is welcoming to all participants and free from any form of discrimination, intimidation, harassment, or retaliation. Participants will treat each other with respect and consideration to create a collegial, inclusive, and safe professional environment at MSC activities. Creating a supportive environment to enable discourse at MSC activities is the responsibility of all participants. Participants will avoid any inappropriate actions or statements based on individual characteristics such as age, religion, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, nationality, political affiliation, ability status, educational background, or any other personal characteristic. Disruptive or harassing behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Participants in MSC events breaching these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event. Violations of this code of conduct should be reported as soon as is practical to event organizers. Any form of retaliation is an infringement of this policy regardless of whether the allegation of unacceptable conduct is substantiated.
