During the conference, delegates can take advantage of an excellent conference rate at one of North America’s most prestigious hotels, The Fairmont Empress where Maritime Security Challenges 2014 will be held.

Fairmont Class (standard) Rooms are available to conference delegates for $135 per night (taxes not included). This rate applies to single or double occupancy. The rate also applies should you wish to arrive up to three days prior to the conference or plan to stay up to three days after the conference.

The following taxes will be applied:

  • Goods & Services Tax (GST) 5%
  • Provincial Sales Tax  (PST) 10%
  • Destination Marketing Fee (subject to HST) 1%

Conference delegates staying at The Fairmont Empress will receive a 15% discount at the hotel’s Willow Stream Spa.

Conference attendees can reserve by calling the Fairmont Empress Reservations Department. To receive the special conference rate, identify yourself as being a delegate of the Maritime Security Challenges 2014 Conference.
